Position: Admission Counsellor & Operations Manager
Experience: Mandatory – Previous work experience in an educational institute or a related creative/media field. Freshers are NOT eligible.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counsellor & Operations Manager to manage student counselling, admissions, follow-ups, and day-to-day institute operations.

The candidate should have prior experience working in an educational institute or a relevant creative/technical field such as Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Animation, VFX, UI/UX Design, 3D, Multimedia, or Digital Media.

Candidates from purely sales, business development, or unrelated backgrounds will not be considered.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdmission & Student Counselling

- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, course structure, fees, and admission procedures.
- Explain the scope and career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Video Editing, UI/UX, 3D, and related fields.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate the complete admission process from enquiry to enrolment.

Institute Operations

- Manage and coordinate the institute's day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with students, faculty, management, and other departments.
- Monitor student attendance, schedules, documentation, and academic requirements.
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily institute activities.
- Address student and operational concerns and coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution.
- Maintain regular reports related to admissions, students, and institute operations.

Requirements

- Previous work experience is mandatory.



Freshers are NOT eligible.
- Candidate must have experience working in an educational institute OR a creative/technical field related to our courses.
- Relevant backgrounds include:
- Animation
- VFX
- Graphic Design
- Video Editing
- UI/UX Design
- 3D Design/Modelling
- Multimedia
- Digital Media
- Media Production
- Other related creative or technical fields
- Candidates with prior experience in an educational institute will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain creative and technical courses to students and parents.
- Good counselling, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage students, staff coordination, and multiple operational responsibilities.

Not Eligible

Candidates whose experience is primarily in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Insurance, Banking, or unrelated fields will not be considered for this position.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly looking for candidates who have previously worked as:

- Admission Counsellor / Academic Counsellor in an educational institute
- Academic Coordinator / Institute Coordinator
- Student Coordinator
- Course Counsellor
- Graphic Designer / Video Editor / UI/UX Designer / 3D Artist / Animator with relevant institute experience
- Faculty or Academic Support Staff from a creative/technical education background
- Operations/Administration staff in an educational or media-related institute
