Job Summary

Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Tender Executive to manage and support the end-to-end tendering and bid submission process for solar, renewable energy, EPC, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with government e-tendering portals and strong documentation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, track, and evaluate relevant tenders from government and other e-tendering portals.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, BOQ, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
- Ensure all required documents, declarations, certificates, and supporting documents are complete and compliant.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Technical, Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Management for bid inputs.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents, tender forms, undertakings, declarations, and other required documentation.
- Manage online tender submissions and ensure bids are submitted within deadlines.
- Monitor tender corrigenda, amendments,



clarifications, and addendums.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and post-bid documentation.
- Maintain Tender MIS, tender trackers, databases, and submission records.
- Track tender status from identification through submission, evaluation, and award.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any discipline; technical qualification will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering / bid management
- Hands-on experience with government e-tendering portals such as CPPP, GeM, SECI, IREPS, NTPC, and State Government/Utility portals.
- Good knowledge of tender documentation, eligibility requirements, and bid submission procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and documentation management.
- Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
