Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and client-focused Counsellor (BDE) to join a reputed law firm. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their legal requirements, evaluating cases, and coordinating with legal experts to ensure suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with prospective and existing clients through calls and meetings.
- Understand clients' legal concerns and requirements.
- Evaluate whether a case is genuine and suitable for legal proceedings.
- Verify client information and assess the validity of the matter.
- Explain the legal process and relevant procedures to clients.
- Assess clients' requirements and ability to proceed with legal consultation/case fees.
- Coordinate with lawyers and share verified case details.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients until case closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case updates.




- Ensure professional communication and excellent client support.
