- To maintain data for Quality processes.
- To coordinate with doctors as and when required.
- To make arrangements for sample pickups from external units.
- To do billing, entries of external patient.
- To type reports, HMIS entries & sorting & dispatching reports.
- To prepare data for Quality Indicators for NABH, HIC &NABL.;
- To support the technicians in documentation work related to NABL.
- To train on HMIS lab module to current joiner associates.
- To communicate with other units, clinics or any other external institute as required by the lab function.
