Key Responsibilities / Essential Skills

- Review and finalization of corporate tax returns and tax computations
- Handling tax audits and certification assignments
- Managing assessments, appeals, and representation before tax authorities
- Drafting and reviewing submissions in response to notices and scrutiny proceedings
- Advising clients on domestic tax matters, restructuring, and tax planning
- Exposure to international taxation, FEMA, and transfer pricing (preferred)
- Conducting technical research and preparing advisory memos
- Client relationship management and regular coordination with key stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring adherence to compliance timelines and internal quality standards

What We Are Looking For

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Batch: 2018-2022
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax
- Experience in handling corporate clients preferred
