Job Responsibilities

- Operate conventional lathe machines for production work.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, and drilling operations.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job dimensions.
- Set workpieces, cutting tools, and machine parameters as per requirements.
- Use vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Check finished components for correct dimensions and surface finish.
- Maintain cutting tools, machines, and work area properly.
- Report machine problems, tool damage, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining required quality.
- Follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of lathe machine operations.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and measuring instruments.
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings.
- Good discipline and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
