Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counselor with 2–3 years of experience who can guide students in choosing the right career path and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for the education industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students on courses and career opportunities
- Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads
- Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups
- Maintain accurate student data and CRM records




- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in counseling / sales / education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and sales abilities
- Basic knowledge of IT / Digital Marketing courses (preferred)
- Target-oriented mindset
