Infrahub Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/ERP, GST, TDS, banking transactions, and MS Excel, along with strong attention to accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and expenses.
- Maintain and reconcile cash book, bank book, ledgers, and general accounts.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documents.
- Handle GST-related accounting and reconciliation.
- Assist with preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Calculate and manage TDS deductions, payments, and returns.
- Maintain proper documentation for statutory and financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers whenever required.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other MIS reports.




- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
- Assist in year-end closing and statutory audit activities.
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP accounting software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, etc.
- Good understanding of accounts payable and receivable.
- Robust reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, Tally Prime, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance will be preferred.
