We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with 4–7 years of experience to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions into modern SaaS products.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, Vector Databases, and AI microservices. You will work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for SaaS products.
- Build scalable AI services using Python, FastAPI, and microservices architecture.
- Develop conversational AI solutions using LLMs, LangChain, and modern AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Work on prompt engineering, embeddings, retrieval workflows, and LLM integration.
- Design and integrate Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered features and services in production environments.
- Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
- Participate in system architecture and AI platform design discussions.
- Implement testing, monitoring, documentation, and deployment processes for AI services.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related software development roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.




- Minimum 3 years of recent experience with LLM/GenAI technologies preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Experience building RAG pipelines and semantic retrieval systems.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant, FAISS, Weaviate, or similar.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar Python backend frameworks.
- Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS or production applications.
- Experience with REST APIs and AI service deployment.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- Experience with CI/CD and MLOps.
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or document processing.
- Experience with model fine-tuning and inference optimization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
