Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and preferences.
- Explain property projects, features, pricing, amenities, and offers to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to improve lead conversion.
- Update customer information and follow-up status in the CRM.




- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

- Any Graduate can apply.
- 0.6 to 4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Tele calling, Inside Sales, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
- Knowledge of English and Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
