Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce merchandising activities across online marketplaces and the company’s website.
- Plan and manage product assortment, category presentation and online product visibility.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Inventory, Photography and Marketing teams to ensure products are launch-ready.
- Ensure accurate product listings including product names, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, size details and other relevant information.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with the Store/Warehouse team to ensure accurate online inventory.
- Plan and execute new product launches, collections, promotions and seasonal online campaigns.
- Monitor sales, product performance, conversion, traffic and other e-commerce metrics.
- Identify best-selling, slow-moving and non-performing products and recommend appropriate actions.
- Coordinate pricing, discounts, offers and promotional activities in line with business objectives.
- Ensure products are correctly categorized, tagged and positioned for maximum online visibility.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team on campaigns, promotions and product visibility.
- Monitor competitor websites, marketplaces, pricing, assortment,



promotions and market trends.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports covering sales, inventory, product performance and other key metrics.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to resolve product-related customer issues.
- Ensure timely updates of product information, inventory, pricing and promotional content across platforms.
- Track online orders and coordinate with operations/logistics teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales, product visibility, conversion and overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of product launches, pricing, promotions, inventory and merchandising activities.

- Good knowledge of Excel and e-commerce/ERP platforms.
- Ability to analyze sales and product performance data.

- Positive understanding of digital marketing and online promotions.




- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Education

- Graduate in Fashion, Retail, E-commerce, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Additional qualification in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or E-commerce will be an advantage.

Computer Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of product/catalogue management systems.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar e-commerce analytics tools will be an advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, fashion merchandising, online retail or a related role.
- Experience in fashion/apparel/lifestyle e-commerce preferred.
- Experience handling product catalogues, online launches, promotions and sales performance is preferred.
