Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management (SMM)

- Plan, create, and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Schedule posts, reels, and stories using social media tools
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage messages

Strategy & Planning

- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior
- Suggest campaign ideas to improve engagement, reach, and conversions

Content Coordination

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives, captions, and campaigns
- Review content to maintain brand consistency and quality

Performance Analysis & Reporting

- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions)




- Prepare monthly performance reports for clients
- Suggest improvements based on data and insights

Client Coordination

- Communicate with clients for approvals, feedback, and updates
- Attend client meetings when required
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing plans

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn marketing
- Understanding of social media strategy and content planning
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and create reports

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency
- Good understanding of SEO

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
