Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager / Team Leader to lead and support the sales team while driving vehicle sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

* Generate vehicle sales through customer acquisition and relationship management.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Conduct sales meetings, customer visits, and follow-up activities.

* Ensure effective lead management and timely conversion of prospects.

* Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market development initiatives.

* Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.

* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

* Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.





* Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Eligibility Criteria

* Experienced candidates are preferred.

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.

* Proven experience in automobile sales or related sales roles.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Target-oriented and capable of handling sales pressure.

* Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving License.

* Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems is preferred.
