Role Objective

You will own the experience end-to-end — from user research → wireframes → UI → frontend → UX optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

UI / UX Design (Core Ownership)

- Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability analysis
- Create:

- High-fidelity UI designs
- Interactive prototypes
- Build and maintain design systems
- Ensure:
- Accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Consistency across platforms
- Conversion-driven UX

Frontend Development:

- Convert designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces
- Build modern UIs using:
- React.js / Next.js
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Implement:
- Responsive layouts
- Animations & micro-interactions
- Performance optimizations
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs

Frameworks & Libraries:

- Tailwind CSS / CSS Modules / Styled Components
- Material UI / ShadCN / Ant Design
- Framer Motion / GSAP

AI-Powered UX Enhancement (MANDATORY)

- Use AI tools to:
- Improve user flows
- Optimize layouts & CTAs
- Generate UX insights
- Implement:
- Smart personalization
- Predictive UX patterns
- AI-assisted design workflows

AI & UX Tools:

- ChatGPT / Claude (UX copy, flow optimization)
- Midjourney / DALL·E (concept visuals)




- Uizard / Galileo AI / Visily
- Hotjar / Clarity + AI heatmap analysis
- A/B testing tools with AI recommendations

UX Optimization & Analytics:

- Analyze:
- User behavior
