We are looking for a Accounts and Software Support Executive with a strong background in accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of proven experience in accounting, excellent English communication skills, and solid analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical and functional support for our software solutions.
- Assist clients in resolving accounting-related queries within the system.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues when necessary.
- Guide customers on best practices and system usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting.
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Basic understanding of ERP or business software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Qualification:

- B.Com / BBA or similar
