About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Factory Manager to take responsibility for the overall factory operations and lead our production team.

This is a great chance for an experienced Factory Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor who is ready to take the next step in their career and handle complete factory operations.

Kannada-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as Kannada communication is very important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day factory operations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Lead and manage workers, supervisors, and production teams.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively.
- Monitor production, productivity, wastage, rejection, and machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments.
- Ensure proper quality standards and production processes are followed.
- Maintain factory discipline, safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance.
- Identify production problems and take quick corrective action.
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Monitor material usage and reduce unnecessary wastage.




- Conduct regular production meetings and review team performance.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly factory performance reports.
- Work closely with management to achieve overall factory goals.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Production, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in factory / production / manufacturing operations preferred.
- Strong practical experience in factory operations will be given importance.
- Experience in manpower handling and production management is preferred.

Language Requirement⭐ Kannada – VERY IMPORTANT

Candidate should be able to:

- Speak Kannada
- Understand Kannada
- Communicate effectively with Kannada-speaking workers and supervisors.

English ,Tamil & Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
