Position: Site Supervisor

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate interior design work at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved 2D/3D drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers.
- Check measurements, materials, and quality of workmanship.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate material requirements and site deliveries.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain proper site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Provide regular site updates to the management and design team.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors when required.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior materials and execution.
- Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D drawings.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
