Role Overview

We are hiring a sharp, performance-driven Content Strategist who understands short-form video psychology for both scale and luxury positioning. You need to know the exact mechanics of viral reach versus revenue-driven conversion content. Your main focus is engineering attention-grabbing hooks, mapping visual/auditory placements, and converting casual viewers into high-ticket clients for Anna Studio and North Cape Films.

Key Responsibilities

- Hook Engineering & Scripting: Write and audit video hooks (visual triggers, text overlays, audio cuts) designed to capture attention within the first 3 seconds without losing brand elegance.
- Content Blueprinting: Map out distinct content frameworks for top-of-funnel reach (viral awareness) versus bottom-of-funnel conversion (premium client leads, high-ticket sales).
- Frame-by-Frame Editing Direction: Dictate exact placement rules for editors where to place CTAs, text overlays, audio beats,



and visual cuts to maximize viewer retention.
- Funnel Architecture: Structure content pathways that seamlessly direct viewers from Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos into client inquiries for our premium offerings.
- Retention Analytics: Analyze drop-off rates, watch-time graphs, and CTRs on published content to continuously refine upcoming content scripts.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven Track Record: Portfolio or case studies proving measurable reach spikes, retention improvements, or direct client acquisition generated through your content frameworks.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of algorithm mechanics across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn Video, and TikTok.
- Video Scripting Precision: Ability to write tight, non-fluffy scripts with precise structural timing for visual and audio cues.
- Premium Branding Intuition: Ability to balance aggressive conversion tactics with high-end, sophisticated aesthetic standards suitable for Anna Studio.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
