Job Description:
Work directly at the production site/factory to support daily production activities.
Provide Hindi–English interpretation between foreign management and Indian workers.
Communicate management's instructions clearly to workers and ensure they understand the required tasks.
Arrange and assign daily work to factory workers according to the production plan and management's instructions.
Coordinate workers between different production areas to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up on workers' daily tasks, attendance, work progress, and productivity.
Assist management in resolving communication issues and production-related problems.
Report workers' feedback, production issues, and daily progress to management.
Translate production instructions, notices, documents, and other materials between English and Hindi.




Support foreign management in maintaining effective communication and discipline on the production floor.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Valuable understanding of production processes and ability to coordinate workers.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work directly with workers on the production floor.
Responsible, proactive, patient, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Experience working with foreign management is an advantage.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 / month
