Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Experience in managing virtual infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of virtual machines and hosts.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization concepts, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex virtualization issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery strategies within virtualized environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
