About the Internship

Sierra Music Studio / Production is looking for a sincere, diligent and enthusiastic Management Intern to learn how a professional music and media studio operates.

This is a broad learning opportunity covering business operations, client communication, studio coordination, marketing, project support, and day-to-day administration. You will work closely with the studio team, artists, producers, engineers, brands, agencies and content creators.

What You Will Do

- Help with daily studio coordination, scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Assist with client enquiries, follow-ups, bookings and communication.
- Support the team in coordinating artists, producers, engineers, sessions and projects.
- Help maintain basic project trackers, client information, schedules and status updates.
- Assist with business-development activities, including researching potential clients and following up on opportunities.
- Support social-media, marketing, events, partnerships and studio-promotion activities.
- Help ensure that clients and studio guests receive a professional experience.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and learn how to manage work from start to finish.

Who Can Apply

- Students, recent graduates, or beginners interested in management, business, marketing, media, music, entertainment, or creative industries.




- Valuable communication and people skills in English and Hindi.
- Organised, dependable, presentable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of email, documents, spreadsheets and online communication tools.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, take initiative and work as part of a team.
- Experience with college events, leadership, sales, social media, customer service or project coordination will be helpful but is not essential.

What You Will Learn

You will gain practical exposure to studio management, client servicing, business development, marketing, project coordination, scheduling, artist relations and the day-to-day working of a creative business.

A certificate may be provided after successful completion of the internship. Strong performers may be considered for future paid opportunities, subject to availability and a separate selection process.
