Role Overview

Arcos Facility Services is looking for an experienced Security Officer to manage and supervise security operations at client sites. The role requires strong team handling, discipline, vigilance and the ability to ensure that all security procedures and client requirements are followed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage security guards and security personnel deployed at client sites.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage shifts, attendance and manpower deployment.
- Conduct regular site rounds and ensure adherence to security SOPs.
- Monitor entry/exit, visitor management, material movement and access control.
- Conduct security briefings, training and grooming checks for deployed staff.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies and escalations promptly.
- Maintain daily security reports, incident reports and other required documentation.
- Coordinate closely with client representatives, facility teams and Arcos management.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability and arrange replacements in case of absenteeism.




- Support fire safety, emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain discipline, professional conduct and service standards across the security team.

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Security Operations / Facility Management / Security Services.
- Prior experience supervising security manpower at corporate offices, commercial buildings, warehouses, residential complexes or large facilities preferred.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.
- Positive understanding of security procedures, access control and emergency response.
- Ex-servicemen / candidates with professional security training will be an advantage.
- Should be disciplined, alert, presentable and comfortable interacting with clients.

A hands-on Security Officer who can take ownership of site security operations, manage deployed manpower efficiently and maintain high standards of safety, discipline and client service.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
