Job description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store In-Charge to manage day-to-day store activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issue, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inward and outward material activities.
- Receive materials and verify quantity, part number, and documents.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of materials.
- Issue materials to departments.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.
- Maintain GRN, material issue, return, and stock-related records.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S in the store.
- Handle rejected, damaged, and excess materials properly.




- Support stock audits and stock reconciliation.

Requirements

- Diploma or Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Candidates with relevant Store / Inventory / Warehouse experience in electronics or manufacturing may also be considered regardless of specialization.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MES software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage store activities independently.
- Knowledge of electronic components will be an added advantage.

- Candidates residing in Vapi, Daman, Umargam, Bhilad, Silvassa, Valsad, or nearby
