Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to join our team. The role will primarily involve managing billing operations, payment follow-ups, CRM-related activities, and MIS reporting.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day billing and operational activities.
- Handle billing CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and payment-related matters.
- Handle professional email communication.
- Ensure timely updating of billing, payment, and operational data.
- Support other operational activities as assigned.

Candidate RequirementsFor Freshers:

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or Commerce-related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good email writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounts, billing, and reporting.




- Valuable learning attitude and willingness to take responsibility.

For Experienced Candidates:

- Experience in billing/accounts operations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with WHMCS Billing CRM is mandatory.
- Candidates having experience only with other CRMs will not be considered for the experienced profile.
- Good knowledge of MIS preparation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and email writing skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in payment follow-ups and billing coordination will be an added advantage.
