Position: Operations Manager

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and maintain robust relationships with existing clients and understand their business and manpower requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate business through client acquisition and relationship building.
- Manage end-to-end manpower outsourcing operations for assigned clients.
- Handle manpower deployment, attendance, replacements, and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client manpower requirements within the required timeline.
- Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, bill submission, and timely bill clearance.
- Regularly visit and communicate with clients to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare and share regular reports related to manpower, payroll, operations, and client requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
