We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage, guide and motivate the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify market trends and potential customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.




- Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales team effectively.
