Position: Finance Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive who is proficient in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and has valuable knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and day-to-day finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team in routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, payments, and accounting documents.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice processing.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Any Commerce Graduate
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with hands-on experience in Tally Prime will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong Tally knowledge may also be considered.
