US Recruiter – US Staffing

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US staffing and recruitment.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, ATS, and databases.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Work on W2 requirements.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and meet daily/monthly targets.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
