Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced In-House Endodontist to provide high-quality endodontic treatment and manage patients requiring root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise, good patient communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage patients requiring endodontic treatment.
- Perform primary and complex root canal treatments.
- Handle retreatment and difficult endodontic cases.
- Perform treatment of anterior and posterior teeth, including molars.
- Manage dental trauma and other endodontic emergencies.
- Perform appropriate pulp and periapical diagnosis.
- Evaluate cases and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Refer complex cases for specialist consultation when required.
- Maintain proper clinical records and treatment notes.
- Ensure proper pre-operative and post-operative documentation.

Patient Management

- Explain diagnosis, treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and possible risks to patients.
- Obtain appropriate patient consent before treatment.
- Maintain good patient communication and build patient confidence.
- Provide clear post-treatment instructions and follow-up care.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned clinical team.

Clinical Coordination

- Coordinate with general dentists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and other specialists when required.
- Support treatment planning for multidisciplinary cases.
- Provide clinical guidance to junior dentists regarding endodontic cases.
- Coordinate with the clinic administration to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow.

Quality & Compliance





- Follow clinic protocols, infection-control procedures, and clinical SOPs.
- Maintain high standards of sterilization and patient safety.
- Ensure proper documentation of all procedures.
- Use dental materials, instruments, and equipment appropriately.
- Maintain professional ethics and comply with applicable dental regulations.

Performance & Development

- Support the clinic in achieving clinical and treatment objectives.
- Maintain good treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programs.
- Keep updated with current endodontic techniques, materials, and technologies.
- Contribute to improving the overall quality of clinical services.

Required Qualifications

- BDS from a recognized dental institution.
- MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- Valid Dental Council registration.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in handling complex RCT and retreatment cases will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a clinically confident, patient-focused, ethical, and experienced Endodontist who can independently manage routine as well as complex endodontic cases while maintaining excellent treatment quality and patient experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
