Key Responsibilities

l Manage and update company social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

l Create engaging posts, captions, stories and basic visual content.

l Schedule and publish social media content as per the content calendar.

l Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.

l Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner.

l Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.

l Track and report social media performance metrics.

l Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements and branding initiatives.

l Support employer branding and company culture-related social media activities.

Required Skills

l Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.





l Positive written and verbal communication skills.

l Creativity and attention to detail.

l Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

l Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing.

l Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

l Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

l Graduate/Undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.

l Prior internship, project work, or personal social media content creation experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
