Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Accounting Faculty to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to industrial accounting and be capable of delivering training sessions on accounting concepts, taxation, and registration procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Accounting Classes

* Teach students the fundamentals and advanced concepts of accounting.

2. Provide Industrial Accounting Training

* Share practical knowledge and real-world accounting processes used in industries and businesses.

3. Train Students on GST & VAT

* Explain GST registration, return filing, compliance procedures, and VAT registration processes.

4. Prepare Learning Materials

* Create notes, presentations, assignments, and practice exercises for students.

5. Conduct Practical Sessions

* Train students using accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

6. Assess Student Performance

* Conduct tests, assignments, and evaluations to measure student understanding.

7. Guide and Mentor Students





* Provide academic support and career guidance to help students achieve their goals.

8. Update Course Content

* Keep teaching materials updated according to the latest accounting standards and tax regulations.

9. Develop Job-Ready Skills

* Train students in practical accounting skills required by employers

Requirements

* B.Com or M.Com qualification.

* 2–3 years of relevant experience.

* Experience in Industrial Accounting.

* Knowledge of GST Registration and Compliance.

* Knowledge of VAT Registration Procedures.

* Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Valuable communication and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Passion for teaching and student development.
