We’re Hiring: Concept Artist – Mobile Games

Location: Pune

Experience: 3–5 Years

P99Soft is looking for a talented Concept Artist to join our team and help shape the visual direction and player experience of mobile games.

What You’ll Do

- Create concepts for characters, environments, props, UI elements, game features & visual themes
- Develop visuals with strong storytelling, composition, mood & player experience
- Contribute to UI/UX art, visual hierarchy and game presentation
- Create key art, banners, icons, promotional & marketing creatives
- Develop and maintain a consistent art style and visual language
- Create sketches, paint-overs, mood boards and visual explorations
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, artists and marketing teams
- Research mobile gaming trends, competitors and visual references
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and explore multiple creative directions

What We’re Looking For

- Strong fundamentals in composition, color, lighting, perspective & visual storytelling
- Good understanding of game art and player-focused design
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and visual hierarchy




- Ability to create visuals that communicate emotion, engagement and clear decision-making
- Solid interest in game design, storytelling, player psychology and art direction
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Good to Have

- Experience in mobile games or interactive entertainment
- Experience with game marketing/promotional artwork
- Experience in game UI/UX or visual design
- Ability to create concepts that guide 2D/3D production artists
- Awareness of current mobile gaming trends

Portfolio is Important!

Your portfolio should demonstrate experience in Concept Art, Character Design, Environment Design, Visual Development, Game UI/UX, Marketing Art or Visual Storytelling.
