About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Ayurveda Therapist to provide authentic Ayurvedic therapies and wellness treatments to clients while ensuring excellent guest experience, hygiene, and adherence to Pachouli’s treatment protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies, massages, and wellness treatments as per company SOPs.
- Conduct basic client consultations and understand their wellness requirements.
- Recommend suitable Ayurvedic therapies and treatment plans under the guidance of the concerned doctor/consultant.
- Ensure proper preparation of treatment rooms, oils, herbs, equipment, and other required materials.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and client safety.
- Explain treatment procedures and after-care instructions to clients.
- Maintain proper treatment records and update client details as required.
- Provide a professional, courteous, and comfortable experience to every client.
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth service delivery.
- Support clinic sales by professionally explaining relevant Ayurveda packages and services to clients.
- Achieve assigned service, customer satisfaction, and sales-related targets.
- Handle client queries and escalate medical or treatment-related concerns to the concerned doctor.
- Follow all company policies, SOPs, attendance, grooming,



and professional conduct standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/Certificate in Ayurveda Therapy, Panchakarma, Massage Therapy, or a relevant field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Ayurveda, wellness, spa, or healthcare.
- Good knowledge of Ayurvedic therapies, massage techniques, oils, and basic wellness procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong hygiene, grooming, and professional standards.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented clinic environment.
- Willingness to work across Pachouli clinics in Delhi NCR, if required.

- Quality and accuracy of treatments.
- Client satisfaction and feedback.
- Treatment/package conversion and sales contribution.
- Repeat client generation.
- Adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Attendance, punctuality, grooming, and professional conduct.

Working Conditions

- Working Hours: 9-hour shift
- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Weekly Off: 1 day as per clinic roster
- Travel: May be required between Pachouli clinics based on business requirements.
- Salary: As per experience and company standards.
- Incentives: Applicable as per the Company Incentive Policy.

The ideal candidate should be professionally trained, client-focused, well-groomed, and confident in performing Ayurvedic therapies, with the ability to deliver high-quality treatments while contributing to overall clinic operations and sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
