Key Responsibilities :

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.

Monitor material usage, site resources, and workforce productivity.

Identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and clients as required.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

0 - 1 years of relevant experience in civil construction site supervision.





Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality standards.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
