Operations Management: Oversee daily activities related to inbound shipments, sorting, scanning, loading, and outbound or last-mile delivery processes.
Team Supervision: Direct, manage, and mentor delivery personnel, field agents, or warehouse staff.
SLA & Target Adherence: Ensure that shipments adhere to stringent turnaround times (TAT) and service level agreements (SLAs).
Manpower Planning: Manage shift scheduling, monitor attendance, and allocate tasks.
Performance Tracking: Track daily productivity, success rates of deliveries, and reporting metrics using internal tools.
Escalation Handling: Address operational bottlenecks, customer delivery concerns, and coordinate with stakeholders on the ground.
Compliance & Safety: Implement company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
