Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our faculty as an Assistant Professor in the MBA program, specializing in Marketing, Finance and Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, industry experience, and a passion for imparting knowledge to future business leaders.

Responsibilities:

Teaching: Conduct engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and workshops in the areas of Marketing and Human Resources for MBA students.

Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the MBA curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry trends and meets accreditation standards.

Research: Engage in scholarly research activities, publish research papers, and contribute to the academic community through conferences and publications.

Advising: Provide academic guidance and mentorship to MBA students, assisting them in their academic and career development.

Industry Collaboration:



Foster relationships with industry partners to enhance the practical relevance of the MBA program. Facilitate guest lectures and industry interactions.

Committee Participation: Actively participate in departmental and institutional committees, contributing to the overall development and improvement of academic programs.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: PhD or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Candidates with a Master's degree and significant industry experience will also be considered.

Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching Marketing and HR courses at the postgraduate level.

Research Track Record: Demonstrated research capabilities with a solid record of publications in reputable journals.

Industry Experience: Practical experience in Marketing and HR practices within the business sector will be highly valued.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
