Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to handle calls, communicate with customers, provide information about products or services, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and queries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly and provide proper assistance.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.
- Good speaking and listening skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hindi/Gujarati/English speaking ability preferred.
- Positive attitude and confidence.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience:
Freshers to 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
