- Lead and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate with respective teams.
- Ensure construction work is executed according to approved quality standards and specifications.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Check levels, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, and other critical construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site engineers.
- Monitor manpower, material requirements, productivity, and site resources.
- Prepare and review quantity requirements, measurements, BOQs, and material estimates.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions to avoid delays and rework.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and report deviations to management.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure proper rectification of defects.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable construction standards.
- Support project planning, cost control, procurement, and execution activities.
- Guide and mentor junior civil engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
- Coordinate with management and clients regarding project progress, technical matters, and site requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing, and general civil construction.
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.




- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, and measurements.
- Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality-control procedures.
- Strong site supervision and team-management capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining project timelines and quality.

Eligibility

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.
- Candidates with strong experience in residential, commercial, institutional, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
