We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Assist in creating and posting job listings, screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Coordination: Support recent hire onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules, preparing welcome kits, and verifying documentation.
- HR Operations & Records: Maintain accurate employee data and digital HR files with strict confidentiality.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing internal team-building events, cultural initiatives, and employee recognition programs.
- Administrative Support: Draft HR communications, assist with policy documentation, and respond to general employee queries.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
