Job Title: Commercial Head Job Summary: The Commercial Head will be responsible for managing and leading the company’s commercial activities, including sales, business development, client relationships, pricing, contracts, and revenue growth. The role requires robust leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and market knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business and revenue targets. Lead sales, business development, and commercial operations. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners. Manage pricing, quotations, tenders, contracts, and commercial negotiations. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Prepare and monitor sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports. Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable commercial terms. Coordinate with finance, operations, procurement, and project teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements. Track profitability, revenue growth,



and overall commercial performance. Lead and motivate the commercial/sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA/PG qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or related field is an advantage. Experience: 6–10years of relevant experience in commercial, sales, business development, or related roles. Proven experience in a senior management/commercial leadership position. Strong experience in contract management and negotiations. Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per hour
