· Ensure proper inventory of medicines and disposables.
· Correct issuing of medicines against prescription.
· Manual bills must be updated in the system on the same day.
· Ensure to write shortage in corresponding book, including bounce item.
· To do internal audit of atleast one category to reduce contra errors and quantity mismatches.
· Interact with consultants/ nurses on duty for prescription help to substitute in case of non-availability.
· Increase the profitability of Pharmacy.
· Overall responsibility for all cash transaction involving Pharmacy and ensure timely remittance of sales procedure to accounts department.
· To receive the customers coming to pharmacy, dispense their prescriptions with speed, accuracy and answer their questions.
· All OP Pharmacy staff is responsible to maintain proper inventory.
ADMINISTRATIVE
· Possess information related to Hospital procedures/protocol.
· Report the entire incident to the in charge.
· Attend meetings and self-development programs.
· Maintains discipline and punctuality among the staff.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
