Position: Sr. Manager - Business Development

Experience: Min 12-15 years of experience in business development. Must have experience in facility management industry.

Job brief:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sr. Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in facility management services like Housekeeping, Technical (MEP), Horticulture, Security etc.. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsible Areas:

Creating business development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections

Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels

Develop sales and marketing strategies

Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships

Develop leads and make cold calls to prospective customers

Lead customer presentations, commercial discussions, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.

Attending exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings,



submit quotes and proposals to clients.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and strategies.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and long-term account development.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business expansion.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Requirement:

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Engineering/Technical background will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience in the Facility Management (FM/IFM) industry.
- Experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Technical Services, Security Services, Engineering Services, Workplace Solutions, Industrial Services, Building Services, or related Facility Management businesses will be preferred.
- Proven experience in current business acquisition, solution selling, commercial proposals, tenders, costing, and contract negotiations.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
