Fish Innovations Private Limited is looking for a passionate, in-house Creative Designer & Motion Artist to craft high-impact brand visuals and creative ad campaigns. We value genuine artistic taste and authentic craft. While smart tools and AI are fine to speed up workflows, we are looking for a true artist with an eye for typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling—not prompt engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, and collateral from concept to execution.
- Create high-converting ad creatives, social media posters, and marketing assets.
- Produce engaging motion graphics, 2D animations, and dynamic video edits for campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm visual concepts for advertising campaigns.
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

Requirements:





- Proven hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, and motion graphics.
- Mastery of industry tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
- Solid aesthetic sense with deep understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and motion timing.
- Passion for modern advertising and creative trends.
- Must have an active Behance portfolio.
