- Develop curricula for primary classes, ensuring alignment with school goals and standards.
- Plan lessons based on curriculum guidelines, considering student needs and abilities.
- Mentor teachers to improve teaching methods and classroom management.
- Collaborate with Bed (Basic Education Development) team to develop educational materials.
- Monitor student progress, identifying areas of improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in education or a related field.
- Robust understanding of curriculum development principles and practices.
- Excellent lesson planning skills, able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
