We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Membership Sales Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting enquiries and walk-ins into gym memberships while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle membership enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
- Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, services and membership benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into memberships.
- Achieve monthly sales and membership targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and membership drives.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality or retail.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Presentable, confident and customer-friendly.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
