About the Role

Leverage Edu is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to guide healthcare professionals interested in international career opportunities.

The selected candidate will engage with Indian nurses seeking employment opportunities in Germany and candidates interested in pursuing careers in Japan through caregiving programs. The role also involves promoting German language training programs and helping candidates understand the benefits of working abroad.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel and guide nurses regarding overseas job opportunities in Germany.
- Explain career growth, financial benefits, and lifestyle opportunities available in Germany.
- Promote German language training programs required for international employment.
- Follow up with potential candidates through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain and update candidate records in CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide end-to-end support throughout the enrollment process.




- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and counseling.
