About the Role

Star Estate is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Tele Caller to join our team at Star Estate, Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and coordinating with the sales team to support successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified sales leads.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate project-related information.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct customer surveys and follow-up calls as required.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain and update customer/lead records and CRM on a daily basis.
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Managers for lead follow-ups, meetings, and closures.




- Maintain proper follow-up records and ensure timely communication with leads.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Hindi and English; English communication skills will be preferred.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to work with targets and deliver results.
- Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
