Briea is India's Student Mental Health Compliance System - a technology-enabled platform that helps educational institutions implement, manage, and report on structured student wellness programmes in line with the Supreme Court of India's binding July 2025 directives (Sukdeb Saha v. State of Andhra Pradesh).

Position Summary
Your city has hundreds of colleges, universities, and coaching centres. Every single one with 100 or more students is now legally required to appoint a qualified mental health professional, implement structured wellness programmes, and submit annual compliance reports to UGC and AICTE. Most have not yet acted. The compliance gap is real, immediate, and citywide.

Briea is expanding its professional partner network across India and is looking for qualified mental health practitioners to join as independent consulting partners - serving educational institutions in their city, delivering court-compliant student wellness programmes, and building a growing portfolio of annual institutional contracts alongside their existing practice.

What You Will Do

- Consult with colleges, universities, and coaching centres in your city as Briea compliance clients
- Deliver student wellness counselling, bi-annual staff training, structured career counselling, and parent sensitisation programmes
- Manage annual compliance documentation and regulatory reporting for each institution via the Briea platform
- Build and grow long-term institutional relationships that generate stable,



recurring consulting revenue

Who Should Apply

- Postgraduate qualification in psychology, counselling, psychiatric social work, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or institutional practice experience
- Interest in growing beyond individual practice into institutional and organisational consulting
- Existing relationships with colleges or educational institutions in your city are a strong advantage

Engagement and Remuneration

This is a freelance consulting engagement. You remain fully independent and retain your existing practice. Remuneration is on an annual per-institution contract basis. Fee structure and engagement terms are discussed with shortlisted candidates.
