- Make regular outbound calls to prospective, existing and inactive customers.
- Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, website, social media, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Explain jewellery products, collections, designs, pricing, offers and schemes accurately.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budgets and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule showroom appointments for interested customers.
- Share product images, catalogues and relevant information through WhatsApp/email.
- Handle customer objections professionally and use effective convincing and negotiation skills.
- Maintain customer details, call records, lead status and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel.




- Coordinate with the showroom/sales team for appointments, quotations and order requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments and delivery where required.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Support marketing campaigns, festive offers, current collection launches and promotional activities.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and calling reports for management.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, appointment and sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
