We are looking for a detail-oriented General Insurance Claims Executive to manage the end-to-end claims process for general insurance products (Motor, Health, Fire,etc). The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and customer-friendly claim registration, processing, and settlement.

- laim Intimation & Registration: Receive and register claim intimations from customers/policyholders accurately and promptly.
- Documentation Verification: Collect, verify, and scrutinize claim-related documents (policy copy, FIR, bills, estimates, medical reports, etc.) for completeness and authenticity.
- Claim Processing: Process claims in line with policy terms, coverage, and company guidelines; coordinate with surveyors, TPAs, garages, hospitals, or other stakeholders as required.
- Liaison & Coordination: Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, investigators, and third-party administrators (TPAs) for claim assessment and approval.
- Follow-up & Escalation: Track claim status regularly, follow up for pending documents/approvals, and escalate delays or discrepancies to the appropriate authority.
- Customer Communication:



Keep policyholders informed on claim status, required documentation, and expected timelines; address queries and complaints professionally.
- Claim Settlement: Ensure timely settlement/disbursement of approved claims and closure of claim files.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate claim records/MIS in the system and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic claims status reports (pending, settled, rejected) for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Fluent verbal and written communication skills and Solid documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (surveyors, TPAs, hospitals, garages)
- Proficiency in email correspondence and in MS Excel (data tracking, MIS reports)
- 1-2 years of experience working in backoffice / Ops /admin
- Prior experience with an insurance company, broker, or TPA preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
